Cold Stone Creamery

I love cold stone creamery and this location was definitely yummy. Location was good, service was good, and store was clean- of course it is pricy, imo. This wouldn't stop us from returning!

Celebration coldstone and Hunters Creek coldstone ALWAYS gets me right. When I was pregnant my days were much better after eating cold stone. I went there so much the staff feels like family. Always wonderful greetings even when they are packed ❤

This is a great Cold Stone! All the staff are so kind and they always serve the best ice cream! Best worker there has to be this girl Gisselle, 10/10 on customer service skills!!

Wow. The ice cream here is incredible. Favourite is the Birthday Cake Remix. Take your time (it can take a few minutes to prepare your selection on the cold stone) and enjoy. I think the medium sized cup is the perfect size for a treat.

Staff was very friendly and ice cream was amazing as always. Make sure to try the cheesecake fantasy.

The ice cream was good as usual for cold stone. The people working there were very friendly and patient even with the little kids. Even though it was only 50ﾟ outside and reigning they were still pretty busy.

A large selection of different ice cream. You can pick and choose what "fixins" you want in your flavor(s) choice; or have them one of their signature cones or cups. They offer a fairly large selection of ice cream cakes and store-made bars and pops. You can NEVER go wrong with ice cream!!

Staff on 6/23 @ 7:00p.m. lacked the customer service I always get at all other Cold Stone. Disappointing. They took order and the toppings were not mixed well, the end result was a mess. It was so bad they had to put the original cup in another one. Never got a smile or a glance up. Worse the guy and girl that made the two orders put their finger on part of our ice cream. No gloves really?, So gross.

I enjoy Cold Stones ice cream. My only complaint is their pricing. $7 for an ice cream is a bit much. The staff was very friendly and helpful though!!

I like going to Cold Stone, but depending of the employee you can get a huge mess ice cream or a nice one for the price you pay... it is always a surprise. Cold Stone is expensive, but taste awesome. BERRY BERRY BERRY my best flavor. Cold Stone also should invest on mobile friendly and students would stay and come often.

Extremely good ice cream but a bit overpriced. I guess you get what you pay for and you have an enjoyable surrounding without the mediocrity. If you can afford it then this is one of the best places for ice cream. Taste and quality is unpresidente.

Great icecream But the service is so slow they need to hire more people

I’m not sure who some of these Beckys that answer the phone or deal with customers think they are, but I know I wasn’t trying to pay to be served messed up icecream with extra attitude mixed throughout and sprinkled on top.

The ice cream was good, but the added toppings weren't mixed in well at all. Half My peanut butter perfection was just chocolate ice cream, same with the other people in My party.

Love Cold Stone they're just pricey. They have the best ice creams and toppings.

I love coming to this Coldstone Creamery! The store is always clean, the staff if very friendly, but most importantly, the ice cram itself is amazing! The ingredients to add to the ice cream are always fresh, the customer service has always been on point with friendly and helpful people. It's just a guaranteed pleasant experience every time we go.

First and last time we will got there because my daughter order sea salt carmel but got vanilla ice cream, then I ordered hot fudge cookie and got a frozen cookie at the bottom and expired whip cream and no hot fudge

I love this place, its very good! when I've gone it has not been that busy. i usually get the founders favorite and save some for the next day in my freezer. If i need ice cream i come here to enjoy some.

Scheduled to open at noon but door locked and no one home on January 5, 2020 12:10PM. We were on a hurry to buy a cake and couldn't wait so we left.

Horrible experience. Very rude attitudes along with making me feel rushed. At about 10 pm tonight 07/27/19 the girl couldn’t fit the lid on one of my ice cream cups so she put it in a cold stone ice cream tub. Then put my 2 other cups on top of the tub in one bag. instead of giving 2 separate bags. one of the cups fell out the side making a hole in the bag and spilt all over . Then i opened the tub & the ice cream was all over the place it was so messy and looked very unpleasant. Cold stone used to be my favorite place until now. Customer service is key and they lacked good service. I deserve a refund !!

Great experience every time I come here, definitely not your regular ice cream. If there is any negativity in this establishment, it indeed comes from the customers. That being said there seems to be a lot of sensitive, uneducated people in the Celebration area who don't understand that there will be an extra charge for toppings. They also don't realize that accidents happen (wrong order, wrong topping, ice cream falling through bag). Pleased to know that all the wonderful employees and great management will take care of you every time if something like that were to happen. 98.5% of the time this place absolutely slaps and i never stop coming back. Lastly, remember to treat others as you wished to be treated (yes even coldstone employees)

The experience was great , they have great customer service, very friendly , loving people etc. I recommend anyone to come and have that awesome experience I promise you won’t be disappointed. The birthday cake is my favorite, thank you guys for the love you show makes me feel welcome everyone I come.

EXPENSIVE!!! 2 small ice cream cups cost $13 +!! And it wasn’t that good! I could have brought 4 Breyers 1/2 gallons at Walmart for that price! Never again!
